Appointment Information

Appointments are scheduled at the earliest convenience. In the event an appointment needs to be cancelled, we appreciate 24 hours notice to provide the opportunity for another patient in need of care to be seen.

We try to accommodate your busy schedule. With expanded office hours (as early as 6:00 a.m. with special arrangements) and two office locations for your convenience, we strive to keep as close as possible to your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Andrade accepts out-patient consultations within 24 to 48 hours, and in urgent situations. His practice has been primarily, if not entirely, outpatient in nature.

Insurance Information

We participate in most managed health care plans in Central Florida, including Medicare and Medicaid.

HMO patients are expected to notify our office if there are any changes in medical health insurance, name, address, telephone number, and/or any other pertinent personal and/or medical information.

Patients are responsible for obtaining the appropriate referral from their PCP prior to being evaluated by Dr. Andrade.

Our Billing Coordinator is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Check with Dr. Andrade prior to getting the allergy injection if you are sick.
